Introductory Statement (Body of Page)

In terms of Section 21 of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and Section 33A of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, all companies and close corporations are required to disclose and submit their beneficial ownership information. Directors, members, and shareholders must provide statutory details and supporting documents to ensure compliance with national legislation and anti‑money laundering regulations. Submission through this portal constitutes lawful disclosure under POPIA and forms part of Mojalefa Procurement’s obligations as an accountable institution.

Workflow

  • Step 1: Role Selection Applicant selects whether they are a Director / Member / Shareholder.
  • Step 2: Company Details Enter Company Name, CIPC Registration Number, Type (Pty Ltd/CC), Tax Number, SARS PIN.
  • Step 3: Personal Details Provide Full Name, ID/Passport Number, Date of Birth, Address, Email, Phone, Shareholding %, Role.
  • Step 4: Document Uploads Upload CIPC Certificate, SARS Compliance PIN Letter, Proof of Address, Identity Document.
  • Step 5: Compliance & Consent Tick POPIA consent checkbox (mandatory). Sign declaration: “I confirm that the information provided is true and complete in terms of Section 21 FICA and Section 33A Companies Act.”
  • Step 6: Submission & Confirmation Click Submit. System displays confirmation message: “Thank you. Your submission has been received and will be processed in compliance with statutory requirements.”
